Position Title: Practice Manager

Caribou Health Center

M-F some evening weekend hours as needed


Pines Health Services has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Practice Manager to manage its Caribou Health Center team while excelling in a changing and dynamic environment as well as being a proven leader in promoting growth and implementing new initiatives. Qualified applicants must demonstrate a commitment to the vision, mission, and goals of PHS, modeling the values and culture while delivering exceptional patient care. The manager will be administratively responsible for the management of clinical and business operations and work closely with physicians and staff to ensure the delivery of quality health care. Responsibility also includes managing provider scheduling, staff scheduling, as well as prepare, submit, and maintain accountability for operational and capital budgets. The successful applicant must know human resources concepts, practices, policies and procedures, and employment laws.

Preferred applicants should have a clinical background at the LPN or RN level, with prior supervisory experience. The applicant must be competent with computers, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be an outstanding listener, be a problem solver, be able to meet agreed-upon delivery deadlines and prioritize workload, and be able to work professionally and independently.
