Browser Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble accessing a part of our web site or the MyHealthRecord Patient Portal, try these troubleshooting tips. If you are still having trouble, send an email to webadmin@pineshealth.org and include a detailed description of your problem.

Clearing the cache in the Google Chrome browser:

  1. At the top right, click More.
  2. Click More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
  3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All Time.
  4. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
  5. Click Clear Data.

Clearing all cookies, site data, and cache in Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click the Menu button and select Options.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  3. Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear.
  4. Check the Cookies and Site Data (to remove login status and site preferences) and Cached Web Content (to remove stored images, scripts and other cached content) options.
  5. Click Clear.

To clear the cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click on the Menu button situated in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Under Clear browsing data, click on Choose what to clear.
  4. Check the boxes next to Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files.
  5. Click on Clear.

To clear the history and cookies from Safari:

  1. To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari will not change your AutoFill information.
  2. To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
