M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Pines Health Services has an immediate opening for a full-time Medical Office Specialist at its Orthopedics, Sports Medicine & Podiatry Health Center located in Caribou. Qualified applicants must demonstrate a commitment to the vision, mission, and goals of PHS, modeling the values and culture while delivering exceptional patient care. The position will be responsible for scheduling patients, answering phones, and scanning medical charts into the electronic medical record. Qualified individuals must have a high degree of self-motivation, professionalism, and initiative, and must exhibit excellent communication skills. The successful applicant should also possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Previous medical office experience is preferred. Computer experience and medical terminology are a plus.
